Build a Website which will generate at least $25 a day

Project Description: I need someone to create me web site which will generate an income via adsense or any other monetization techniques you can think of and it needs to generate at $25 to $50 daily I have the domain name and hosting already setup. Must be wordpress. Design must be chosen by you. I will provide some samples of what i would like though. Other requirements involve: - The website must be based on Wordpress, html. - Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads or purchase affiliate products - Must comply within the Google terms of using adsense account( no blackhat techniques, PTC, Paid advertising for visiting the site etc..) - Must contain unique content with unique posts/articles for three months (4 article/week minimum), meaning , but at least 50-60 articles that are not yet published. You will be providing the articles - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Fully configured website and SEO optimized with frequently used niche keywords - Must be Adsense Optimized - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense - Traffic driven must be 100% white hat real people no bots - Should earn at least $25 daily - Must provide your own royalty free photos, graphics etc which are related to the Niche topic - Provide overview plan before starting the project - Tell me how you expect to drive and increase traffic to the website - Must provide a couple of examples of websites/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) I don't really care too much on what method you use to monetize, so it will be up to you, and you are welcome to use your own methods. Can be Google Adsense, textlinkads, CPA Offers, affiliate products, etc., or a combination of things. As long as you only use White Hat techniques unless otherwise approved by me first. No Spamming, No Autoblogs. MUST be only Organic Traffic. No PPC, Adwords, etc. Backlinks to the website need be strictly whitehat with right PR 2,3,4 links. I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER getting my first payment from the monetization method you use..When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points: • Have to stress again that website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TOS. I cannot risk Adsense account.
