Create new ecommerce website design using Magento

Creating new website system for CDflyers CD/DVD Duplication The current site is based on a shopping cart system (Prestashop) which is very restrictive for our business needs where customers build their CD/DVD packages to their specs. We are looking to move to Magento and have a custom live quote system which will allow the customers to build their CD/DVD Duplication packages which dynamically updates as they pick options, once happy they can then instantly pay for it. I have enclosed a word document which will detail the project further HOW TO BID – IMPORTANT!! We have had experiences where programmers did not follow through on projects because they were unreliable and/or did not have the necessary expertise. Therefore we require that programmers clearly demonstrate that they have the necessary time/expertise to complete the project before we will accept their bid. A simple, "We can do this." will not be sufficient. Also please note that we are looking for a development TEAM, not a single individual, 2 people as a minimum. We strongly encourage delivery in 3 - 4 steps, and therefore project proposals with milestones/deliverables will be preferred.
