Change from tables to divs

Hi guys. This is a very simple task. I have a very basic layout done which needs to be converted from tables to divs and css. The layout is very simple, a few pictures, one flash, and text. This work, if handled fast and correctly will bring after it another 12-15 sites of the same nature. The site also needs basic on-page SEO, so knowledge in this field would be good but not mandatory (i can do that, or teach you how.. future projects will involve some seo also). I estimate about two, three hours of work at maximum (i am also a developer and i know what i'm talking about), so bid accordingly, keeping in mind that more projects will be on their way.
