Build Websites that generate $500-1000 per month

Hi, I need a partner to help me build a profitable adsense or affiliate websites. I'll provide domain, hosting and other required tools and software ( I have some article Spinner, keyword tools, etc) My target is to have websites that can make at least $500/month and after reach that amount, I'm going to flip/sell it on auction site. We can sell if for at least 10 times of the monthly earning. Profit sharing is 50-50. So your estimated earnings are around $2.5k per website plus adsense and affiliate earning. My target is to have at least 10 this kind of website. Requirements/rules: 1. Once the websites generate money, you will get paid. 2. Do not violate adsense & paypal TOC. Will not result in Adsense account banning or site being sandboxed by Search Engine. Traffic/clicks will be tracked to ensure that click fraud does not occur. 3. No porn or adult content. 4. Everything must be 100% legal and all copyrights and ownership belong to me. 5. You will get paid only after my website start earning money and/or sold for profit. Thank you.
