Design, HTML/CSS and template making for Zimplit CMS

We are looking for very good designer who can also generate HTML/css. All html pages must be converted into a fully functional Zimplit CMS ([login to view URL]) theme. Here are requirements which MUST be accomplished: 1. W3C Valid XHTML 1.0. 2. Strict Table-less CSS markup under SEO Semantic Coding. 3. Complete Presentational Separation techniques. We want the stylesheets to be easy for to modify so identify it with this purpose in mind. 4. Pay Special attention to Load Speed optimization. 5. ALL PSD CONVERSIONS MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH INTERNET EXPLORER 6 and 7, FIRFOX, OPERA, AND SAFARI. 6. All texts in the designs, that can be written into html must be written in html (as few texts in images as possible). Timelimit for one template (PSD > HTML > ZIMPLIT tHEME) is 2 days. We give you example websites and you must make for us similar design. After confirmation you must convert design to HTML and Zimplit theme. We are looking for a designer/developer who can offer us at least 6 months of development service. Designer/developer must be reachable though skype at least for 2 hour between 10 and 18 a'clock estonian time (GMP+2) at working days. NB! We need to see examples of your design and css/html work.
