coding newletter

Brief: Corporate newsletter was design and sent to clients by email in a pdf format. Now we need to go a step further. We want to start using a HTML template and send the newsletter by mailchimp. Challenge: The newsletter format and style is unique created according to the company needs and brands guidelines. We can't use a standard template because we want to continue with the same format. This means, we need someone to code for us our unique template in mailchimp in a way that we can update every month the images and text without changing the style and format of the newsletter. Also, we need to be able to add or erase text box and images in the same template. Obviously every news should be linked with our website or blog, depending of the news or article of the newsletter. Timing: 2 days to have it ready and running We will share the newsletter design with the selected candidate. We will be available for any questions and necessary information. We are open to solutions and suggestions. We are expecting portfolio, references and quote. We understand how to use coding not how to create and design with them. We are expecting some guide notes to deal with the template after is finish and running. IMPORTANT NOTE: The template have to be made in a simple easy way that allows to update in few quick and easy steps, every month without changing style and format. We don't want to depend on someone to manage the newsletter or any monthly change. WE WANT TO HIRE A PERSON ABLE TO DO WHAT WE NEED AND DELIVER. We don't have too much budget. Thanks
