Convert HTML to WORDPRESS Template

Hi All, I have HTML template ready , Now want that template in wordpress. So I am looking for cheap and quality designer to convert it from html to wordpress without changing anything. Wordpress template name and author should be given to add, you have to add it. Before hiring I need test service. I will give you simple html template you have to convert it from html to wordpress. I will check it in all browsers as well as all pages to find bugs. if it is clean without any issues than you will be hired. Coding s should be in open source . So that I can modify it in future if needed. I am looking for long term service provider as right now I have 13 templates to convert. PMB with your samples. Payment will be done by GAF. Milestone will be added once work is completed , you have to complete work and show me. After that I will add milestone than you can send me files and receive payment. Thank you
