Apply CSS to match an ad agency brief

We have a functional website, and we have a series of graphic files from an ad agency. There are six pages to be styled. We need a skilled front end developer to apply css to xhtml files to make our website look like the brief from the ad agency. Image files have already been supplied. The result must be cross browser compatible. We need someone who can review the assets provided, provide the estimate of how long it will take, and complete the work within the agreed timeframe. A short interview and technical review will be required before beginning. A Non Disclosure Agreement will be required. We would prefer someone who came come into the office at an agreed schedule (St Kilda, Melbourne) to carry out the work.
