AppThemes - JobRoller Customization

I have purchased a wordpress template from AppThemes called JobRoller. This is the link to the template I purchased: [login to view URL] I need to customize the template some. I would like to add the following 3 features below from the link below to my template: [login to view URL] #1 - LinkedIn & Facebook Login - In addition to being able to login with Facebook, your visitors can now login with their LinkedIn accounts. This option helps to make your site even more convenient for users. #2 - Coupon management - Site administrators can generate, edit and delete discount coupons from the control panel. This feature is especially useful when marketing your site. #3 - Job Subscriptions - The job subscription service allows job seekers subscribe to receive email about new job posting that suit their specifications. This will help them to find jobs that are suitable and interest them very quickly. I'd like to see if I can get a price to add each feature, as I may have to add each feature over time as I get more funding. I would also like to see if you are able to give me a price to customize the look and feel for the template to look more sleeker, stylish, high-tech, and new. And a price for a new logo and email template. This is a new venture that I believe will take off very fast. So whoever I hire I plan to rehire to do more and more work as sales increases.
