business consulting web site design

I am an independent consultant providing technology risk management consulting services in Asia and would like help with designing my web site. I signed up for an inexpensive web hosting provider [login to view URL] and have used some of the online tools/templates to get something simple set up, but it doen't look very professional and doesn't have the forms that I would like so I would like help with redesigning the web site and also uploading it to the web hosting provider. For content, something similar to [login to view URL] would be okay. Home - introductory text Services - text describing the servies with a link to a brochure. People - My bio with background information. News - list of dates and speaking engagements, etc. Contact details - locations, email addresses, contact information. Resources - page with links to other useful sites. Request form - An online form to fill in which will generate an email back to me. For design, I would like to give it a professional look, something like this [login to view URL] I'm not too picky about the overall design, so if there's a professional looking template that someone has already developed and could re-use, then that would be fine. I would prefer to work with someone that has done similar web sites for small consulting companies before. I am open to advice as to whether there is anything else that should be included. In addition to the web site, I would also like help designing a logo that could be included on the web site and that I could also take to a print shop to put on name cards and letterhead. Although not needed now, I would like to get someone that is capable of designing some one page PDF brochures that describe the service offerings. The brochure should use a similar color scheme as the web site.
