Custom Cluster

I am one of the lead developers for the Bootable Cluster CD ([login to view URL]) and the LittleFe project, [login to view URL] (little fe is a play on the "Big Iron" supercomputers - Little Fe is the Little "Iron" as Fe is the chemical symbol for iron). I can assist you in setting up AND DOCUMENTING everything This includes: *) LDAP authentication with PAM support (Will you need Active Directory support?) *) ssh-keys for remote access to nodes once jobs have been scheduled. *) maui / torque or similar job scheduler on the research cluster *) Condor scheduling (will you be including open labs in your HTCondor pool?) *) qsub management *) installation of MPICH, OpenMPI, Are you to use OpenMP? *) Any CUDA on the nodes? Then installation of NVidia's nvcc and tools *) Will you use the Intel high performance compilers? *) Will you be using InfiniBand on the research cluster? I can help set up that, too. Hello, On my fulltime job i work with cluster solutions like daily. I will have 10 free days starting with friday evening so i will be able to complete your project. I have over 2000 pages HP cluster documentation i can share with you or with your cluster solutioner guy after i will set up the whole system. I have the experience, the documentation and 10 days !!
