CubeCart theme to match Joomla theme, integration also wante

I need a CubeCart template created and matched to an existing joomla website that I am webmaster for. Website can be seen at [login to view URL] Existing cubecart install is also on that site under Online Shop. This is what has to match the main site. Ideally we also want the two softwares integrated and only have one member database if possible. Currently Joomla users is empty except for admin and cubecart has an existing client database. Please indicate in your bid whether you are able to do this, and include price. Timeframe for completion must be less than a week, if you can not meet this, please do not bid.
