create a well coded html newsletter from an illustrator file

This is a quick project for a HTML expert I have designed and written a newsletter using Adobe Illustrator CS5 Now i need it converted into HTML so i can upload it to my website and email it to my client mail list. The html coding must be neat and the correct slices made to the graphics, A CSS will also be required. I will add all the links manually when myself - for now just add "#" blank links I have attached a jpeg file to show the design - only the winner will be provided with the illustrator .ai file You will require adobe illustrator CS5 for this project.
