Develop/Change an Online WooCommerce Store

Currently have a WooCommerce store set up:

This was a theme we got, and we want to make some changes to the theme.
The main things we want to do are as follows:
- MENU (organise the menu bar with, and make it show the options we want)
- Bottom of the page we want to add a few boxes with text/links
- Build careers page
- Create a delivery tracking page and link with plugin where customers can track their packages
- Returns policy - add page and design
- Corporate responsibility page - add page and design
and maybe another 3-5 pages to be added and design to fit the theme format.
The website is not trading at present. We want to develop the website and get it to the level which is custom
to ourselves. Also when we approach other companies to give us their items to sell on our site, the website should be
developed to a level which functions well.
