I have created quite a few e-newsletters in MailChimp, using the pre-existing templates and coding new news letters. Depending on the amount of newsltters and what format you want them in, I could have them done one to three days.

I re-create/modify HTML/CSS [Html structure will be table based as DIV's are not supported by most of the email clients.] c. Load it into Mailchimp account d. Optimize the code e.
