However I would want to point out the following things: 1. Ebay is a huge store, that is constantly under developing and that has a large team of programers working on it every day. This will make it so that our own developing be continuous as well. So if you will consider my bid then we will have to create a full set of requirements and decide on these for a final price and timeframe.
