design & code simple website (PSD + HTML/CSS + jQuery)

Need a simple website for my company Hyperberry Studios. Project requires web design + website coding. Final product should be full website with working links. Either HTML or Wordpress is okay. Must be unique design. No templates. Must be professional, modern & clean design. Design sample / rough draft is attached. Basic Design: dark background frame around content, logo in left corner, navigation links across top of page, rounded edges, white background content area, minimized footer with text links *Navigation links at the top should have "mouse-over" / :hover effects Website should have total 7 pages: Home, About, Portfolio, Contact, Sitemap, Privacy, Terms Home page - bold headline text at top of content - main content: paragraph text + <ul> lists About page - bold headline text - main content: paragraph text + <ul> lists - 80x80px icon (I will provide this icon) Portfolio page - main content: image gallery + text captions - jQuery Fancybox plugin to zoom portfolio images - for example see here: [login to view URL] Contact page - main content: left column with contact form - also: right column with address, telephone, social media icons Sitemap page - headline text - main content: <ul> list with links to website pages Privacy & Terms pages - full-width page design - main content: headline text + long paragraph text Colors should match my logo designs (see attached files).
