cupcake website with build your own truffles and vector

The site is for new business venture which focuses on confections. The main idea is to be an informative site (not looking to do e-commerce right now).the website will be more vector based graphics than real pictures - weI also don't want your typical "cupcake bakery" website. we want something that is fresh, clean, fun...almost with a trendy-fashionable twist to it. Looking for someone to design and develop the site and get the job done right and in a timely manner. Someone who has an eye for graphic designs because this needs to be an awesome looking website. the site will have "build your own" application on it.
