Designer wanted for website - Youtube clone

I am looking for someone to finish the layout design for my website. . . Think of this website as " YouTube" style of site, it will be a place where people can search videos, create profiles and connect. . . The site will have close to 10-13 pages. . . Here is an example of some pages: HomePage , Homepage when user is signed in ( like the style of youtube), member profile page with all tab options that a member would be able to see, search page, member look up page, company info pages, advanced search page, search options Website layout…. Visual design of the site Home Page Sign Up Page Search Video Bar Advanced Search section Home Page 1.2 – This home page will be a mix of the profile page and the home page Video search Results page Member Profile Page Member Profile page with tabs for members to use options IE – My Video Tab and so on, all these tabs will lead to a subpage… Member page is VERY important Nothing needs to be functional, it has to be a PDF and approved by me to be given to the Programmer – This is a youtube style page with elements of hulu, Dailymotion, [login to view URL] and Vimeo…. Once again this website is a Video Heavy website where user will sign up and upload their videos to showcase themselves. And were people will be able to search them. I could be missing 1 or 2 things but the major stuff is here.
