Design A Banner 800mm wide 2000mm High 400dpi Tiff and Jpeg Format

I am looking for a designer to design a pull up banner 800mm wide and 2000mm 400dpi high print ready within 72 hours. The design must be professional quality and if the design is good enough I will require more of the same size designing. You can use any image from the website [login to view URL] and I will supply the text I want putting on the banner. It must be full colour and include as many of the flower pictures as possible. I want the pictures to be blended and not just placed on the banner in blocks. I know this is an easy job for a designer and I will not pay silly prices.
