Custom Wordpress Theme

I have an existing wordpress website which needs to be updated with a new, modern and visually appealing theme including a head banner design. I require a suitably qualified wordpress designer to update the site AND apply the changes to ensure it works. This is not a difficult project. The new theme must be compatible with all current content. Previous experience in wordpress design is essential as are excellent references. I will require 3 different theme option screenshots of the mockups for the first milestone. If one of these are acceptable, I will then provide some feedback for modifications until I am satisfied with a final product. The final product can then be applied by you to the website which I will test. If there are issues, then these will need to be resolved to my satisfaction until they are resolved. When I am satisfied that testing is complete I will then release the final payment. Please feel free to ask any question or clarifications you may require. You are bidding to finish the project on budget and on time and project change requests or variations to the budget will not be accepted if you have bid incorrectly or did not understand the requirements.
