Creative Designer Needed

Brief: I am developing a Magento eCommerce website and would like a very creative designer to take my ideas and create a Photoshop PSD mock or the mock + XHTML/CSS coding if you can code. Please specify if you can provide both or just the PSD. First and foremost I am looking for a creative designer, I can always code the design myself Design Brief: The design detached brief may SOUND like it is for a flash into or movie but it is not. It is just to give the feeling for how the design should look. It would be nice if you can design around that wordpress theme effect with rich textures so the feeling of a underground music scene is conveyed.
