Convert a html template to a Website

I purchased a template with the licences. this template is pure html/java script and its not dynamic and there is no back-end control panel now this is what i wanted.. I need a nice and simple control panel. see below for details.. 1. I want a back-end control panel so I can change content without modifying html templates 2. This template have static content (header/footer) that gets repeated in all the pages (about us/contacts) etc, I don't want this... so you may have to create header/body/footer blocks.. 3. see attached image [login to view URL] which shows Header/body/footer. 4. I need menu with drop down list see image 1 showing header, This menu text should be changeable from control panel 5. all header/footer text should be controlled by control panel in the back-end 6. see image [login to view URL] in that you see block 4 random images please make it upload from control panel and reseize the image to fit that block 7. in block 5 for company news 3 last news/task should display 8. block 6 is about us page summery 9. block 7 summery page of "service" this page we don't have so you may have to design new one 10. block 8 is also summery for project/portfolio page 11. in image 3 block 9 remove images 12. block 10 same random images from home page design 13. [login to view URL] page and contact page no changes in design but contact and images should be from control panel Its very simple changes compare to complex sites.I will send you the template onces we agree on the project
