Complete minisite + product or info

I am looking for great site ideas that I can then optimize and make money from. Your bid is PER minisite you complete. I am hoping to get 20+ minisites created if not more. What you need to do is have the idea or means to get an informational product developed and then create the sales page that will generate the sales. The "information" or "product" that people are buying will be in the restricted area. I need the JROX affiliate system configured and installed as well in each of these minisites. I will also need 10 banners for the affiliate program as well. This will be links to other minisites or other items I think might be worth telling my members about. I would like this to be done in joomla if possible with jrox affiliate as the affiliate add on. Pretty much each site can have the same structure and sales process BUT different designs and products.
