Clone / Rip two wordpress themes

Need two Wordpress themes cloned. You will not have access to the login of the sites to be cloned. You will need to get two standard widget ready themes (2 column and three column), then take all the design elements from the original sites and make the new sites look the same. The sites are: First site [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] 1. Make it work as a wordpress theme on my server. 2. Change the logo in Photoshop. The doctor character should still be there, but the text should reflect the new company name. 3. In the menu bar, the "remote support", "in the media" and "book online" functions and pages shall be removed. 4. In the flash slider, the images shall be removed. Put a temporary image there in the meantime. The slider texts should be changed though. 5. The "in a hurry, call now" button shall be equipped with a new phone number. 6. The Email Support button on the "Contact Us" page should lead to a captcha enabled contact form. Second site: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] 1. Make it work as a wordpress theme on my server. 2. Change the logo at the top to reflect the new company name. 3. Change the phone numbers to my phone number. 4. Turn all the "yellow pages", "follow us on twitter" etc functions into Widget functions, so I can remove or add them the way I want to. This job is worth 30 dollar per site to me.
