Buy a theme for me and will pay 10 commission on the cost of theme

I want somebody to buy a theme for me from a website that accepts only paypal. I will pay the cost of that theme and all fees involved to transfer money from me to the bidder and 10% of that total theme fees. The bidder should buy the theme by paying through paypal through my account at the theme website and this should happen few minutes and when you are ready to make purchase then only I will give my username and password for the account at theme. I will create 100% milestone for this. Once I see the theme package in my login, will immediately release the amount. I need this today itself.
