Beautiful wordpress template needed with a google theme

Hi all designers, I’m looking for a wordpress template for a video website (think of youtube) with a google theme. This is what I envision: A playful, yet professional design. It will be a bit playfull as a mascot (a google expert) will be introduced througout the website. This mascot will be part of your design and will thus be created by you. As with google, the background will be white, however the main colors of google (red, blue, yellow and green) will be part of the design as well. When I see the template it should remind me of google. It should be more eye-catching and playful (not childish) though. You should pay attention to details: for instance, use the same font, font size, color and buttons as google does. Last but not least : this website will be making money through advertising. The template should leave space for adds. The box surrounding the adds should be part of the design and look nice as well. Not a simple outline. Please do not bid if you do not have any graphic designing skills. I need something custom made, not some random template that I can purchase anywhere! Or simple cut and paste work. The number of unique pages on the website will be limited. Sending a mockup will tremendously increase your chances in getting chosen!!! Please attach a sample with your bid. Preferably I’ll select a winner within a few days. The sooner the better. If you’re a wordpress expert as well, I might hire you to do the rest of the project as well. Payment will be done upon completion.
