Ajax based website with blog and wiki

We are looking for a creative team that can build our new website with the following requirements: Ajax based website including a blog and wiki. + Our current website is the base for the content (roughly 20 pages) Please see [login to view URL] + Our current blog is at [login to view URL] and we need to pull it inside our website + We run several wikis based on [login to view URL] and want to run our own wiki system + The site shall obviously be search engine optimized. + The appearance shall be contemporary professional (check [login to view URL]) + The site need to be translated in 10 languages including Chinese, Korean and others. + We want to embed video clips to explain the top features + We like to see some animation (load time less than 1 second) + The site should be build in a way that news and events can easily be added, edited and deleted without html knowledge We look for a 2 Phase approach 1) Basic design, based on the description above 2) Translation in 10 languages I M P O R T A N T ================== Please do not respond with a general statement that you can build it – we know you can, otherwise you would not respond.
