Built backend with multiple webshops

Dear Freelancer,

We are the owner of multiple webshops, organized from one backend. This backend is provided by a company who provides templates for webshops. We are encountering many issues, and want to rebuilt the backend (and webshops) so we can expand our business.

We will sum up the most important aspects of the project. Once a freelancer is chosen we will discuss the details of the project.

Create A Backend of a website with the following options;

Be able to organize multiple webshops from one backend. We want a function where we can choose to start a new webshop from the backend, and therefore be limitless to the amount of shops we open up. (upload DNS-records and everything)

In the backend we want an option of a lot of languages we want to be able to switch on and off. Therefore we can start a webshops in one language, and at any time be able to add another language, just by switching it on.

The backend needs the most work to develop in our opinion. This needs to be built in a way that it will save us a lot of time in the future. A lot of features of the backend will be quite easy to think of (adding and editing products/categories etc.).

The frontend of the webshops need a bit of tweaking as well. We want to make a template with the freelancer who will win this bidding. After that we can use this template when we choose to upload a new webshop. We can do minor changes to it to create a look and feel that is suitable for the type of shop. With this construction we are able to upload a new shop quick and easy, and maintain it from the same backend.

We are not quite satisfied with the look and feel of our current websites. Therefore, we want some upgrades on the look of the shops. This will result in the earlier mentioned template. Some of the changes we would like to see are seating charts where the categories light up and a more appealing list of products. The look and fool of [url removed, login to view] is really suitable for this type of website (Viagogo is a completely different type of website, but has a good look and feel to it).

A second problem that we are facing with our current webshops is being found on Google. A solution to this problem is to create better landing pages and better content on the site. But due to the fact that we can not make major changes to the lay-out, we need an upgrade. This too, is something that will be discussed in details with the winner of the bidding.
