I would like to build a site for a cosmetics brand using Opencart or similar open source e-commerce cart. Below are the required items: 1. Build the site in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and French. Content will be provided. 2. Be able to convert the prices into different currencies like USD, EURO, HKD, RMB 3. Responsible for the whole website design including banners. Brand references will be provided but design must be customized. 4. Integrate payment to paypal and alipay. 5. Upload all content to the website. Content will be prepared by my side, however, please specify clearly what I have to provide. 6. Opitmize site SEO
