Yes, this is a simple project but not such simple. 1, Are all the urls from the same domain? For example, all urls are twitter profiles, or facebook profiles or other similar? Or these urls are from different websites, for example, some are from facebook, some are from linkedin etc. If all are from same website, this will be not such easy, because too many request may lead to IP blocking issue. 2, How to save the tags? Do you only need to scrape the meta you are interested: title, keyword, description? Or no matter how many <meta /> elements it has, save all of them? if you want to save all, that will be not easy, because we don't know how many tags in total, A url may have tag A, B url may have tag B and C, so the final output will need to save A, B, C 3 columns, so we must scrape all, then find out all tags. Of course, this is easy to do through programming. I will create a program to do this, I create program with C#, but this may take 2 or 3 hours (create the program, then run it to scrape and save data). Let me know what do you think, thank you!

Hi there I mostly work with PHP/MySQL (10 years experience), develop my own websites and tools and have a lot of experience with MS products, such as Excel etc (I used to teach MS Office it to L3 C&G at an adult college in UK). My recent tasks here in freelancer happen to have been scraping as I have done a lot of this over the years. I would like to bid AUD 200 as a total fee to obtain the data you need. I would use a combination of auto scraping tools (that I would create) and manually correcting errors to do that, with spot checks to check for accuracy and formatting etc. It would take me approximately three to five days to complete. My assistant would help with the manual checking and she does not work weekends so I would do the dev work over the weekend and she would assist me in delivering the final product next week. Would you like the data returned in an XLS, CSV or SQL, XML or some other format?
