Active membership signups for a UK based social networking site

I am about to launch a UK based over 18 social networking site and I'm looking for somebody who can help generate awareness of the site, resulting in sustained growth of new visitors and sign up members.

We want to make friends on this website so you must use legal methods and DO NOT spam. We want our members to be interested in music, gaming, blogging, chatting to others, meeting new friends from around the world and above all they MUST BE ACTIVE.

All the new members must have a unique IP address and will all come from unique originating computers, this will be checked with cookies, and traffic monitors.

Please let me know how many new member signups you anticipate to generate and for how much. I would also consider this as an ongoing project. If any of the new members you generate upgrade their account you will receive 50% of the payment.

Payment will be made via paypal once the new signups are verified. If any fraudulent methods are used you will agree to forfeit the fee.

You will also need to be available to talk through MSN
