I want to have a system developed with the following components. 1. TWIML necessary to handle call overflows from my current phone system. It must play a message to the overflow calls, put them in a QUE and play music while they wait. 2. A desktop program that will monitor for calls in the QUE and display caller info when their are callers in the QUE. The desktop program will also have a button to forward a selected call to a specified number. The desktop program can be written in VB6 or VB.net, preferably VB6 using Chilkat HTTP controls. I will set my phone system to forward to a Twilio number when all lines are busy, the desktop monitoring system will be running on a users computer who will click the button to forward the call back to our main line when the lines are no longer full.
