Click to Call with Asp.net and Asterisk

I need some one to develop a simple web site with 2 pages: 1- Using to config Asterisk setting like Server IP, Port, ID and Other information need it to do a sip call. 2- a webpages that will contains Contact Phone Number which will be used to make the call using asterisk. Taking Agent Extension from User Profile(a phone number to call and the user's extension to connect it with a receptor). The basic requirement: 1- save asterisk's setting on SQL server data base. 2- Use Store Procedure to interact with data base. 3- Create a Entity class that represent the interaction with asterisk. 4- Clicking on a phone Number on the pages make the call using asterisk. 5- Preffer do a webservices that take phone Number and extension as parameter to make the call. make me a tiny demo showing you can do the job and the job is your!!!
