We provide special solutions according to our Global Customers need with our global team of qualified personnel and our high technology. We are looking for both English and Arabic speaking Call Center agents who can wellcome incoming customer calls, keep simple conversation logs and save to online database.
Payments will be monthly basis and each day maximum 30 calls are expected to be received those of each last around 3 - 4 minutes.
We require a minimum of 1 year call centre or customer service experience.
Applicants should have a minimum of a high school degree.
Good computer and typing skills
You MUST be able to work a flexible schedule
You must be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic (French and Kurdish is an added advantage).
You should understand the importance and meaning of excellent customer service.
You should be friendly and professional at all times to coworkers and customers.
