Create a Video Presentation for my bussines - Native English Required

I need a video presentation for my project: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It should be a presentation for customers and investors that will explain my project Project Description: Description Web based platform to connect people who provides online services and looking for fast and quality service – the closest example will be freelancer.com – but it will be about online consultations – medical, legal, auto repair, education – members should be able to provide video consultations, it should be a rating system etc. All this you can see on freelancer and similar web site –but no one is offering video consultations and online education – we want to offer one. It will be platform where you can offer and get services with it’s own payment system connected to paypall, also it will be archive keep public consultations and webinars video records under users account. So look at freelancer – we will make video consultation freelancer(that’s closest description) I need an estimate – price and time frames for this project. Currently I just need a demo of this project – all functions should be working – but in a demo it will be only – 3-4 users. So it will be first step – after you will be done with first part – I’ll award you to work on a full version – which will be a lot more expensive – and will take a lot longer. Now the preferable time frame is 3 weeks. This Idea is already patented – if you will use it for your own peruses - you will be responsible for it!
