Create a 12 Second Video Intro Bumper

Hello, I need a video intro bumper made. I have all the image files, the video file, and the sound file needed (other than a couple sound effects).
I need this done as soon as possible.
Here is a copy of an intro someone recently made which I was dissatisfied with and was less than what we agreed upon being made.

What I do not like about the video:
1. I would like more creativity in the motion of the introduction of the letters in the beginning.
2. I would like the letters on the bottom to spin around and form around the final circle logo at the end rather than just swipe/fade into the next frame.
3. I would like the foot to remain the same size throughout the video.
4. I would like the background colors not to be white but to match our website color theme. (They are Blue, light blue, and off yellow - I can send you a file with these colors and the html #s.
5. I would like to see more creativity with how the pieces of the final logo comes together.
6. I do not like the type of sunbeam flash used here, although I do want a sunbeam flash.
