Blender Tutorial Video Needed SecondLife

I need a blender tutorial video but I never used blender before so I need step by step on how to trace each part of a item and make it 3d. For example I want to make some shoes in 3d and put it on secondlife but I need to know how to trace and put each parts together. I want to make a 3d shoe and I will give you the image of the shoe (right , left , bottom and top) to trace and put the shoe together in blender. If you make secondlife mesh items then you can help me a little bit more. Basically I am just asking for a video with audio telling me step by step what I need to do to put the shoe together in blender. I will give you a nike shoe with different images and you will make it in 3d so i can learn from it. Just remember I am a newbie and never used blender so you might have to give me tips and step by step.
