Animated Explainer video - repost

Attention freelancers: I am looking for a talented videographer to do our explainer animated video. I had someone else working on this project but they could not finish it. So now this video is Urgent, but still needs to be done right. I need the videographer to have a good understanding of concepts and elements of design. This video ,needs to be effective, simple, and creative. The video is targeted to customers and is a introduction/explainer Video. It needs to communicate the cons our website. And entice our viewers to sign up. We will include the script voice over. And a rough Storyboard. Some of the illustrations in the storyboard are for reference only.
