Create videos to be included an Interactive PDF - 2 minutes or less each, total of 14

Hi, I'm looking for a skilled individual or company with a high feedback score (4.7 and above), 80% completion rate, and the proper experience (please provide examples) to take on the following project: 12-14 custom made videos in 720p or higher that will be put into two interactive PDFs. Also looking for a custom intro to be used on the first two videos of each PDF (more info below). Each video will be no more than 2 minutes long, must use quality transition graphics (I will provide the content and dialogue, most likely in PPT but some live screen capture from your end might be necessary.). Must be done in a business professional American male accent (also known as "General American" or "Newscaster" accent). I'm also open to any creative ideas that you have to present the material in a more captivating and/or digestible way i.e. whiteboard drawings. Please share any ideas or skills that you have that could prove beneficial. The videos will be put into 2 interactive PDFs that have navigation functions and form fields for questions/survey. Responses and info from the fields should be sent to my email. The videos will be hosted on my server and linked/played within the document. The custom intro will be no more than 4-5 seconds long and will include a simple sound effect and a short spoken part (preferably business professional American accent female).
