CREATE GRAPHIC of an evacuation.

Need an illustration of an evacuation from a nuclear accident. Attached are pictures of some evacuations scenes, the power plant and the new York skyline. The picture should include the (new) New York skyline in the background with the mid-ground showing the nuclear power plant and then blend that into the a scene of the cars evacuating from the accident. Use your own artistic ingenuity to make the elements blend together, but make it real looking - It should be balanced and easy to comprehend. The skyline and nuclear power plant should be recognizable and the overall picture should display the proper perspectives between elements. We will need some cars broken down on the side of the road - oh and this is in the winter - so there is snow on the ground and actually some can be on car roofs etc. There should be plumes of radioactive dust spewing up from the power plant back over the city. Think of what happened in fukushima. The drawing size would be 24 inches wide 36 inches high. I do need it to look like a massive evacuation - because that is what would happen. The [login to view URL] is a great depiction of such an evacuation.
