Company logo animation

Dear Animation guru. We currently are interested to person, who could create our company a "start-up animation". We are going to use the animation with different ways, so telling you later on, but mostly at the beginning of presentations and videos. Here are list of hopes and whishes: a) White or Black background b) Our logo letters should do something. c) We have bird in our logo. Can it be animated to walk, talk or fly d) Animation should be about 6-10 seconds e) No music, but some voice effects would be nice.
