I'm looking for someone with an art history background to tell me about roughly 25 antiques that are in a small local furniture museum in a rural area. I'm creating a catalogue for the museum, which BTW also includes a few paintings and prints. The furniture includes Renaissance chests, Navajo rugs, Isfahan carpets, Chippendale and Sheraton furniture, Empire furniture, some statues and busts and much more. I can send high resolution photographs of each item and would like a paragraph or two describing the item, giving an estimate of the date (something like, for example "c.1830-1850"), and anything else that the viewing public might like to read in a catalogue of the museum. I don't need to know prices, only interesting information.
