German audio to English translation... -- 2

I need someone to translate and transcribe (from audio into a Word format) German to English. Please let me know how much you would charge by the audio minute. Please do not give me a price per page or per word.

You would be listening to the German and typing out what you hear into English in a Word format adding time codes.

You must be able to translate atleast 15-20 minutes per day.
