Apple Pages Template #2

I want to have a template made in Apple's Pages word processing application that I want to use for musical song tablature. The attached file shows a mock up of the format, which should fit onto a standard A4 page. The default font should be "Times New Roman", and the frames on the top right hand side should have arrows in them as indicated (one pointing up, the other pointing down - these will be copied and pasted across the other frames in that block as required). The attachment indicates 6 "arrow" boxes - this should be increased to 10. The "chords" frame should be in 18 point bold, and the lyric frame should be in 14 point. The vertical frame on the right hand side of the page will be used to accept small graphics that depict chord finger placements on the fretboard of the instrument.
