My name is Rick and I represent and operate a call center located in Manila, Philippines. We have a talented pool of professionals who are college graduates with very good communication skills and able to do multi-tasking if required. We have been in the industry for nearly 6 years now and we have provided inbound and outbound calls for customers in the USA, UK, Australia and Canada. Our agents are experienced in both B2B and B2C telemarketing in the form of credit card pulling, appointment setting, email/chat support, customer service, administrative and VA functions. Also, they are organized, target-driven and results orientated with extensive experience in lead generation, building sales pipeline, negotiating and closing sales deals and key account management with B2B clients.
The agent will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and generating new business leads and setting appointments with qualified prospects through inside sales activities such as pre-sales research, cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing and lead generation. They also have a thorough understanding of how a sales cycle works as well as concepts, process and procedures involving telesales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement an effective lead generation campaign to meet or exceed established sales targets.
Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development.
Updating of CRM on a daily basis such as scheduling task lists and appointments.
Effectively overcome client objections.
Collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop pre-sales collateral.
Make follow-up calls to qualified leads.
Maintain up to date schedules on sales & business development consultants to ensure availability for appointments.
Maintain open communication with sales & business development consultants.
Maintain written documentation of sales activities in order to facilitate appropriate reporting on a weekly basis.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by the client and awareness of the market.
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years of related experience with a minimum of two (2) years within the Pre-Sales and Lead Generation.
