We are a B2B appointment setting company. Our company helps break through and schedule appointments for companies looking to breakthrough to large F1000 organizations. Our Business Development Professionals are on the front lines of each campaign, calling to companies on behalf of our clients to schedule appointments for their sales teams. Our goal is to provide top quality actionable appointments for our clients. That means that there is required information our Business Development Professionals will uncover in their calls before they set an appointment for our clients. We want our clients to have successful actionable sales calls when their sales teams have a meeting with the prospect. The Business Development role is that of the appointment setter, and we will pay 40% for each appointment set on each campaign our Business Development professional works on Requirements: You need to have at least 5+ years experience in B2B sales for an IT, Software, Insurance, Finance, or Marketing/Advertising business. Ideally this position is for someone looking to find extra money while they look for another job, a person who might be looking for extra thousands of dollars per month, or a retired sales person who wants to fill his/her time and pockets with something to do. *Manage your campaign and hit appointment setting goals *Multiple cold calls into different contacts within similar companies *Manage contact information of sales prospects and existing clients *Deliver bi-weekly spreadsheet update on target list You will receive either a Vonage phone or an upgraded mobile plan that we will pay for, and you will get paid net30 on when we receive payment from clients (their payment terms are also net 30) The more appointments you book, the more money for our company and you. The commitment has to be a minimum of 3-months, as our initial campaigns are 60-days. Ultimately we want this to work for both parties, and have this be a great side revenue stream or your only revenue stream. This all comes from hard work and dedication to the goal of supplying the clients with the best appointments possible

As you mentioned that the Business Development role is that of the appointment setter, and you will pay 40% for each appointment set. My name is Rick and I represent and operate a call center located in Manila, Philippines. We have a talented pool of professionals who are college graduates with very good communication skills and able to do multi-tasking if required. We have been in the industry for nearly 6 years now and we have provided inbound and outbound calls for customers in the USA, UK, Australia and Canada. Our agents are experienced in both B2B and B2C telemarketing in the form of credit card pulling, appointment setting, email/chat support, customer service, administrative and VA functions. Also, they are organized, target-driven and results orientated with extensive experience in lead generation, building sales pipeline, negotiating and closing sales deals and key account management with B2B clients. The agent will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and generating new business leads and setting appointments with qualified prospects through inside sales activities such as pre-sales research, cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing and lead generation. They also have a thorough understanding of how a sales cycle works as well as concepts, process and procedures involving telesales. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement an effective lead generation campaign to meet or exceed established sales targets. Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development. Updating of CRM on a daily basis such as scheduling task lists and appointments. Effectively overcome client objections. Collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop pre-sales collateral. Make follow-up calls to qualified leads. Maintain up to date schedules on sales & business development consultants to ensure availability for appointments. Maintain open communication with sales & business development consultants. Maintain written documentation of sales activities in order to facilitate appropriate reporting on a weekly basis. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by the client and awareness of the market. EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of related experience with a minimum of two (2) years within the Pre-Sales and Lead Generation. SKILLS: Successful track record of setting appointments with medium to large size accounts Strong research skills and attention to detail Demonstrated organizational and planning skills Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
