B2C telemarketers calling from home or a center

We provide virtual real estate tours for local real estate agents, businesses, and for sale by owner properties. We need someone to telemarket to a specific geographic region in the USA and call on people trying to sell their home on their own, interest them in our services, and get the lead which we will follow up on. We're just interested in leads at this time to see what you can do. We will make the appointments. If you do well, we will expand you to calling real estate agents and businesses. If you can get us solid leads, we will expand you to a national basis. Bidders should have excellant English language skills and no or slight accent and your own phone solution. Notice: I am limited by GAF to posting this as a very small job ($30-250) but even that is too much for a simple lead of this type. We expect approx 25-50 leads a week within an approx 75 mile radius of our location. Make your bid for 25 leads. We will try you on a handfull to check your quality. The leads must be solid leads -- prospects must have a strong desire for our product, not just a slight interest. We will give interested bidders the geographic location via pm.
