A person with a background in Recruitment / Human Resources / Interviewing / Selecting people for jobs (especially government jobs) A person with experience and expertise at writing winning job applications THE SKILLS SOUGHT Writing Recruitment Human Resources THE DEADLINE The job application needs to be completed by Tuesday March 4th 2013 THE REMUNERATION Bids should be within the budget selected. 30% deposit. 70% upon completion.
