System Administrator and deplyment

I am looking for a freelancer to help me administer my servers. Additionally, I also want the freelancer to take care of my project deployments, project setup in the servers using Jenkins jobs, db backup jobs maintenance, fixing any deployment problems, automation scripts etc. The skills required are expertise in Ubuntu, System Admin, HAProxy, Zabbix, MySQL, Percona, MongoDB, Shell Scripting, NodeJS, ExpressJS project installations, Jenkins, Github, Percona Cluster etc. Details about what you would work with? 1. Only Dedicated Linux (Ubuntu) Servers 2. There are a few VPS linux servers 3. We have NodJS, ExpressJS, PHP based projects 4. Approximately 25-35 servers 5. Databases are - MongoDB, MySQL DB and Percona Cluster 6. Jenkins & Gitlab for Continuous Integration 7. Planning Selenium for Continuous Testing 8. Github & Gitlab as code repositories 9. My team head count is 16 What kind of work you have to handle? 1. Server Administration - We have Zabbix as our Server monitor. It sends us notifications. You need to have knowledge in Zabbix. You can add more monitors, if required 2. Backup administration - We have a dedicated server for backups. You have monitor this. Make sure that backup runs as configured 3. Project Installations - All the projects are installed via Jenkins. You should know how to work with Jenkins. Creating Deployment Scripts for NodeJS, ExpressJS & PHP based projects. You have to talk with our developers as needed 4. Upgrading the software in the servers - On a continuous basis, we have to upgrade the softwares used for our projects from time-to-time 5. Failures in Jenkins deployment should be fixed 6. Percona Cluster - We use HAProxy 7. User Management to access the servers via SSH with public-private keys 8. DB User Management to our database servers. The users shall access only using SSH via TCP/IP. You have to create read-only / write-access users and maintain them The freelancer should have minimum 5 yrs experience in System Administration. You need to work fulltime for me & I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is 1800 - 2700 EUR. I prefer to hire a Freelancing company instead of a individual Freelancer. If our relationship would be successful, then I might hire developers from you in future. I also prefer to recruit from India, Chennai, if competent skills are available.
